The Queen devoted her life to us.  

Australia and the United Kingdom have shared in the long and consequential reign of Queen Elizabeth the Second.  

Today, Australians and Britons are united in their grief.   We stand as one to convey our deepest condolences to the Royal Family.

The Commonwealth of Australia has established an online Condolence Book in honour of Her Majesty the Queen on the occasion of her death. Those wishing to express sympathy can do so via The online Condolence Book


National Day of Mourning for Her Majesty The Queen


On September 22 there will be a public holiday for the National Day of Mourning for her Majesty The Queen, as it was recently announced by the Prime Minister Anthony Albanese.

Restriction on Travel to Australia

From 21 Feb 2022, fully vaccinated visa holders can travel to Australia without needing a travel exemption.
